Information We Collect and Use
When you enroll in DLC text messaging, we collect your mobile number, consent selections, and information associated with your subscription and messages. We use this information to deliver the communications you request, respond to inquiries, and maintain consent and opt-out records.
Depending on your selections, messages may include registration confirmations, class and rehearsal reminders, schedule changes, performance information, enrollment announcements, and promotional offers.
Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in text messaging. Informational and marketing messages require separate affirmative consent.
Sharing and Protection
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS enrollment records and consent are disclosed only to messaging aggregators and service providers that support delivery of our text messages.
SMS information is maintained in our business systems and those of our messaging providers, including Sawyer. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it and restrict access to authorized personnel and service providers.
Your Choices
To unsubscribe, reply STOP to a DLC text message. You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation. For assistance, reply HELP or contact dlc@dramalearningcenter.com or 410-997-9352.
The number of messages depends on your subscriptions and program activity. Your wireless provider may charge for messages and data.
Data Requests
To request access, correction, or deletion of your SMS information, contact dlc@dramalearningcenter.com. We may verify your identity before processing your request. We may retain records needed to document consent, honor opt-out requests, or meet legal obligations.
