Drama
Learning Center has been providing theatre education in Howard
County for over 20 years. Under new ownership since 2006, DLC’s
mission is to give students opportunities to learn and improve
drama skills as they work as part of a theatrical team. Through
classes, private instruction, camps, and musical theatre
productions, Drama Learning Center students are able to further
nurture an interest in the performing arts. DLC is also happy to
partner with many area schools to provide drama in after-school
programs. |

North is a rising 5th grader who first started drama with
Ms. Karice as a preschooler. She has participated in every show
of Ms. Karice's Wednesday class for the past two years. Favorite
roles include Mama Euralie in Once on this Island and
Mrs. Potts in Beauty and the Beast. She recently gave
an excellent performance in the role of Almira Gultch in Wizard
of Oz. |
