Silent Auction Preview
For six years, TYA Professional Training Program has marked the official close of its season by holding a one-night-only Cabaret & Senior Showcase. This year is no different. Join us on Saturday, July 22 for Brand New Day: TYA’s Annual Cabaret and Senior Showcase. Help us bid farewell to graduating members while also celebrating the company’s past season.
As always, a silent auction will be held throughout the evening to benefit the upcoming season. We’re pleased to offer you a preview of some of the awesome loot that will be available for bidding at this year’s silent auction.
Limited Edition Show Memorabilia – Cry-Baby masks
Now is the time to snag one of those limited edition masks of Lila Cooper, Mark Quackenbush, or Nick Brogan used in last season’s production of Cry-Baby.
Riding Lesson with Ms. Stephanie and Picnic Basket
In addition to owning Drama Learning Center and directing mainstage productions for TYA and Red Branch Theatre Company, Ms. Stephanie is also an accomplished equestrian athlete. Get a riding lesson from her held at her family’s ranch with one of her three horses.
Headshot Session with Bruce Press
If you’ve ever seen any of our stunning production photography for TYA shows, you’ve seen Bruce’s work. Get a headshot for your professional use (not just for performers) from one of the region’s best event and portrait photographers.
Do you wish mathematics came to you as easily as performing did? Get some extra help with two hours of math tutoring.
….and finally…. the pièce de résistance….
The Iron Bridge Wine Co. – 5-course dinner with wine pairings for two
For the foodie in your life, you’re going to want to snag this experience to have an exquisitely crafted meal with wine pairings from one of Howard County’s favorite fine dining establishment.
Other goodies you can bid on at the silent auction include: themed baskets (Game Night, Stampin’ Up Scrapbooking Supplies, Craft Beer and Snacks), a Recording Session with DLC’s own Mr. Dustin, original artwork, baked goods, a Challah-making session, and MORE!
So if you needed an excuse OTHER than great performances from members of DLC’s professional training program, make sure that you come out to bid on some of this great stuff. TYA Professional Training Program has produced consistently excellent and acclaimed musical theatre with the area’s most talented emerging theatre artists for years. Your support at this event will ensure that TYA can continue to train these students in a nurturing, professional environment for seasons to come.
We hope to see you there!
