"High School Musical" Week
Grades K-5

"Everybody All for One, the real summer has just begun!" Come to one day or all of the days of DLC's High School Musical week (Per day cost is $70). Students will learn the music and moves of different songs from High School Musical 1, 2, & 3. Each day of camp will feature different songs, arts & crafts, water-games and fun...bring your swimsuits! Parents are invited to attend short final performances at the end of each camp day.

"Musical Theatre Fitness"
Grades 6-12
SPECIAL PRICING - $200

Campers will learn about the importance of fitness for the musical theatre performer as they participate in aerobic choreography set to Broadway music, menu planning, and more! Wear workout clothes and bring swimsuits for fun outdoor water-games. Camp will culminate in a final performance on the last day. Shape up and enhance your performance capabilities!

"Disney Heroes vs. Disney Villains"
Grades K-2, 3-5

This year's Disney on Stage camp will focus on songs and scenes from some of our favorite Disney Heroes (Belle and Beast, Hercules, Aladdin, Mulan, and more) and those dastardly Disney villains who we love to loathe (Cruella DeVille, Ursula, Jafar, Gaston, and more).

Welcome to the 60's: The music and era of "Hairspray"
Grades 6-12

Students will learn and perform songs from Hairspray - one of the hottest shows around - as well as popular songs from the 1960's. Camp will culminate in a final performance.

Students have the option to sign up for a field trip to see a production of Hairspray at Toby's Dinner Theatre the evening of July 1 (Tickets will be an additional $40 per person and include meal, show, soda, and partial gratuity).
TV Stars: Acting for Television
Grades K-5, 6-10
*SPECIAL PRICING - $250*

Lights, camera, action! Campers will have a blast exploring all different aspects of TV production. Camp will culminate in a final screening of a work of the class' creation. Possible choices include: commercials, newscasts, public service announcements, and more! The finished product will be submitted to local television stations for potential broadcast. Supervised walking field trips will be taken to shoot segments "on location"!

PRESCHOOL Summer Camp
Broadway Babies Drama - "Summer Stars"

Drama camp for preschoolers ages 3, 4, & 5. Students will have fun learning to sing, dance, and act on our stage. Class culminates in a short showcase performance on the last day.

"Jungle Book"
Grades 1-5


The jungle is jumpin' with jazz in this exciting Disney classic! Join Mowgli,
Baloo, King Louie and the gang as they swing their way through madcap adventures and thwart the ferocious tiger, Shere Khan. Campers will have fun with colorful characters and that toe-tapping jungle rhythm.

"You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown"
Grades 6-12


DLC loves you, Charlie Brown! This wonderful musical encompasses "an average
day in the life of Charlie Brown" all mixed in with the lives of his friends (both human and non-human), from bright uncertain morning to hopeful starlit evening. Musical selections include the title song, My New Philosophy, Happiness, and more!

"Annie"
Grades 1-5


Leapin' Lizards! Annie takes center stage in one of the world's best-loved
musicals. In adventure after fun-filled adventure, Annie foils Miss Hannigan's evil machinations and finds happiness with Grace and Daddy Warbucks.

"Thoroughly Modern Millie"
Grades 6-12


Taking place in New York City in 1922, this high-spirited musical romp tells the story
of young Millie Dillmount, who has just moved to the city in search of a new life for herself. Full of intrigue and jazz, campers will sing and dance their way to the stars!

About Drama Learning Center’s Summer Camps
The Drama Learning Center's (DLC) mission is to provide campers with opportunities to have fun as they learn and improve drama skills, perform on a musical stage, and work as a theatrical team. In addition to rehearsing for a final performance, participants will gain knowledge of drama skills including stage directions, improvisation, pantomime, emotions, character, and more!

In addition to a fun theatrical experience, your summer DLC tuition includes:
  • Costume pieces for performances
  • Student's rehearsal CD
  • Two complimentary show tickets (additional tickets will be available for purchase)

  • 3-week sessions also include admission to a walking fieldtrip to Shadowland Laser Tag!

Extended Care sessions are available from 7:00 am - 9:00 am and 3:00 - 6:00 pm
