"Superheroes and Fairy Tales"

Come for one day or the full week. It's a bird, it's a plane...No! It's Drama Learning Center's Superheroes and Fairy Tales Camp. Campers will have a blast as they explore, create, and act out some of their favorite superhero and fairy tale stories. Students are encouraged to dress as their favorite superhero or fairy tale character. Parents are invited to attend short showcase performances at the end of each camp day. |

Broadway Babies "Summer Stars"

“It means no worries, for the rest of your days!” Campers will roar with excitement working on songs and scenes about the king of the lions and his friends. Make a mask of your favorite character, create new scenes, craft your own "problem free
philosophy," and perform at the end of the week!

Musical Theatre Bootcamp

Take your performing skills to the next level in this one-week intensive. By the end of the week all campers will have a professional headshot, resume, and a new song and monologue to be added to their audition
repertoire. A great camp to help prep for Fall auditions. Learn from the pros and showcase your work for your family and friends at a final performance. |

A great camp for “gleeks” or just kids who love to sing!

Back by Popular demand with all new songs! Campers will sing and dance to songs from the popular show, with emphasis on show choir choreography, solos, duets, harmony, and a capella singing. Work on Glee Mash ups and for a special challenge come up with your own! Ideal for “gleeks” or those with a passion for music!

“A Grown Up Story About Growing Up.” One of our most successful, popular, and memorable shows returns to the DLC stage (Area premiere performed by TYA in 2010). Evan Goldman is about to turn 13, and his life is unexpectedly turned upside down when his mom moves him from New York City to Appleton, Indiana. With an amazing rocking score by Jason Robert Brown, campers will be challenged and excited by this show.

About Drama Learning Center’s
Summer Camps
|
Drama Learning
Center’s (DLC) mission is to provide campers with opportunities
to have fun as they learn and improve drama skills, perform on a
musical stage, and work as a theatrical team. In addition to
rehearsing for a final performance, participants will gain
knowledge of drama skills including stage directions,
improvisation, pantomime, emotions, character, and more! For more
